Cucumbers in Sour Cream (Polish - Mizeria)
INGREDIENTS:
2 large cucumbers
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP white sugar
2 TBSP white vinegar
1 cup fresh sour cream (full-fat)
1 TBSP chopped dill (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar, then add sour cream and stir until smooth. Add dill.
Slice cucumbers approximately 1/8 of an inch thick and combine with sour cream dressing.
Chill for at least two hours.
